The JSC “OGK-2” has attached great importance to charity and social programs and extended assistance and support to the needy within its powers. Since it was formed the company has given assistance to the following institutions and individuals:

Based on Protocol № 24 of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the JSC “Stavropol GRES” managed by the JSC “OGK-2”, of April 26, 2006.
  1. The Administration of the township of Solnechnodolsk received 120 000.00 rubles for the repairs of the apartment of WWII veteran I. D. Plokhotnikov and a ceremony to honor war veterans during the celebration of the 61st anniversary of the Victory in the Great patriotic War of 1941-1945;
  2. The Municipal Extended Children’s Educational Institution “Solnechnodolsk children’s music school” received 15 000.00 rubles for the purchases of musical instruments;
  3. Municipal Educational Institution “Secondary school № 17” received 100 000.00 rubles for repairs of the gym;
  4. The parish of the Church of the Mother of God of Kazan in Solnechnodolsk received 250 000.00 rubles for repairs;
  5. The Chernobyl Alliance of Russia in the Izobilnenski district of Solnechnodolsk received 25 000.00 rubles;
  6. The WWII Veteran Council received 50 000.00 rubles;
  7. Orphanage № 4 “Solnyshko” received 20 000.00 rubles.
Based on Protocol № 24 of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the JSC “Surgut GRES-1”, managed by the JSC “OGK-2”, of June 28, 2006.
  1. The children’s sports club “Pearl of Yugra” (Surgut) received 150 000,00 rubles;
  2. Municipal Educational Institution Lyceum № 2 (Surgut) received 250 000.00 rubles.
Based on Protocol № 30з-2006 of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the JSC “Serov GRES”, managed by the JSC “OGK-2”, of June 28, 2006.
  1. Municipal Educational Institution Primary School № 29 received 120 000.00 rubles;
  2. Municipal Pre-school Educational Institution kindergarten № 30 received 160 000.00 rubles;
  3. A recreational community center received 200 000.00 rubles.
Based on Protocol № 2 of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the JSC “Pskov GRES”, managed by the JSC “OGK-2”, of July, 2006.
  1. The Pozherivitzi retirement home for the elderly and disabled (Pskov region) received 40 000.00 rubles;
  2. The Dedovichi district war and labor veterans’ council received (Dedovichi, Pskov) received 150 000.00 rubles;
  3. The Dedovichi district central hospital received 150 000.00 rubles;
  4. Dedovichi secondary school № 2 (Dedovichi, Pskov) received 50 000.00 rubles.
Based on Protocol № 5 of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the JSC “Troitsk GRES”, managed by the JSC “OGK-2”, of September 15, 2006.
  1. The administration of the Karabalyk district of the Kostanay region of the Republic of Kazakhstan received 1 650 000.00 rubles for repairs of the Karabalyk Central District Hospital.

By September, 2006 the JSC “OGK-2” had assumed the target structural configuration. All of the 5 managed power plants have received the status of JSC “OGK-2” affiliates. The reform will enable the company to adopt a more detailed systemic approach to the social issues in the regions where it operates and extend assistance within its powers to those who need it.
