Each ordinary registered share of the Company gives the shareholder owning it the same scope of rights.

The shareholders owning ordinary registered shares have a right to:

1. Take part in person or by proxy in the general meeting of Company shareholders and have voting rights on all issues within its competence;

2. Make proposals as to the agenda of the general meeting under procedures established by the laws of the Russian Federation and the present Charter;

3. Obtain information about the activities of the Company and have access to the documents of the Company in compliance with Article 91 of the Federal Law "On Joint-Stock Companies", other applicable normative legal acts and the present Charter;

4. Draw dividends announced by the Company;

5. Enjoy preferences in acquiring additional shares and equity shares placed by open subscription and converted into shares in numbers proportionate to the number of ordinary shares they hold;

6. Receive part of the Company’s property in the event of its liquidation;

7. Exercise other rights covered by the laws of the Russian Federation and the present Charter.
